About the Event
This conference explored and celebrated the very best in innovative tall buildings, urban spaces, building technologies, and construction practices from around the world. Incorporating what was previously known as the CTBUH Annual Awards Event, this two-day conference saw the owner/developers and design teams for 48 projects compete in front of an international audience and live juries for winning distinctions across nine award categories.
The event brought to Chicago, home of CTBUH, a critical cross-section of tall building owners, developers, occupiers, designers, engineers, builders, and operators – along with the interested public – to investigate the cutting-edge in sustainable urbanism, as presented by the world’s foremost examples.
